The Sankara Nethralaya
Academy (TSNA), a unit of Medical Research Foundation, is offering a
certificate course in hospital management.
The course is open for
individuals in the supervisory or managerial positions in hospitals and related
health care institutions. The course duration is 12 weekends (Saturdays from 2
to 5 p.m.) Proposed Modules for these sessions are: Customer Service, Hospital Accreditations & TQM, Supply Chain Management, HR in Health Care, Health care Laws, IT and Health care, Health Insurance & Claims Management, Housekeeping & Waste Management, Training & Developments.

The course draws from the
rich, real-time experiences of Sankara Nethralaya in hospital management and
the latest managerial techniques from the subject experts and aims to prepare
individuals in supervisory or managerial positions in the health care industry
to become more effective in their work.
The SN Academy’s 3rd
batch of Certificate Course in Hospital Management will be commencing from 2nd
February 2013(Saturday).
