Career Counselling Sessions by The Sankara Nethralaya Academy for its Allied Health Science Courses for 10 std and +2 Completed candidates on 20.05.2012

The Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University has launched a number of diploma, undergraduate degree and postgraduate diploma and degree courses aimed at improving healthcare delivery in hospitals. In a first of its kind effort, the university has opened its portals to students of science stream in Plus Two and roped in hospitals to conduct diploma and degree courses.

We wish to inform you The Sankara Nethralaya Academy; a unit of Medical Research Foundation, Chennai is affiliated to conduct the following career oriented Allied Health Science courses for the academic year 2012 - 13

Allied Health Sciences - Diploma Courses (2 Years)

1.   Diploma in Ophthalmic Nursing Assistant

2.   Diploma in Operation Theatre & Anaesthesia Technology

Allied Health Science courses – B.Sc. Degree (3 Years)

1.   B.Sc (Medical Laboratory Technology)

Allied Health Science – Special Postgraduate Programmes – (2years)

1. MBA (Hospital & Health Systems Management)

The Sankara Nethralaya Academy, Chennai invited applications for the above mentioned allied health courses – 2012, To make awareness to the potential candidates, our academy conducted career counselling sessions at Kanchipuram & Ambattur recently and the next session will be at our SN Academy premises , Haddows Road.

So far conducted sessions were very successful and more than 200 candidates and parents took part our sessions and benefitted, during sessions applications were also issued to the interested candidates.

One year online eMBA in Hospital Management, Certificate Course in Hospital Management – 3^rd batch and 2 years diploma in Refraction & dispensing courses are also launching from this academic years -2012

Application Procedures:

 

Application form can be availed in person or downloaded from our website (www.thesnacademy.ac.in). Duly completed form is to be submitted along with requisite processing fee Rs 500/- by cash / DD in favour of MEDICAL RESEARCH FOUNDATION, payable at Chennai.

Highlights of the session:

More than 200 candidates and their parents participated and benefited our counseling session. Many of the interested candidates registered and taken applications too for apply the program.
